Wealth is a Cultural Derivative.
(Not necessarily National, but Cultural. Meaning: a Community of people Sharing and Practicing a Tradition of the Same Interest)
No amount of money given to Black people will fix racism. If Blacks were given a Trillion dollars tomorrow. Somewhere Sunday morning there will be a Racist Pastor delivering a racist sermon about blacks and how we did not do anything to deserve those Trillion of dollars given to us.
Or if we earned a Trillion dollars, there will be a racist liquor company saying they don't want our black lips on the bottles and to keep our money cause they don't need it...
You see how Culture, a community of people, big or small, sharing and practicing(agreeing on) a tradition of the same interest, can turn what looks like a win into a lost If your culture amongst YOUR community is not equally as strong. Sure we can say/do, "Make our own liquor company" we got the money to do so now. That will fix the "Liquor " problem, but that Won't fix the Racism Problem. Only a Culture can do that!!!
