Evolution vs Revolution

Reconnecting with your Spirit

I know you've thought of many ways to do this simple task of reconnecting back to your spirit. The way you see and view the way this world works will help you to grow not only consciously but  spiritually. In this western dominated world we as Afrikans in America are so far gone that we do not know how to simply control our emotions, discipline our bodies, or connect to our spirits. Some of us have gone to church and felt this undeniable vibatory frequency of the spirit. Some of us connect with the unseen world so naturally that they can meet someone with high spirits that they feel close or at home with them upon their first impression. But these feelings of spiritual connections will only work temporarily. Where we go back to our disconnected day to day lives. Today I will help you to think a bit differently and explore the in depth (but actually only scratching the surface) science of the spirit in a very simple way.

We are all connected through the spirit world when it comes to our thoughts and as a whole are not consciously aware of the unseen realm of where thoughts and ideas come from.

When we become in tuned with our natural state( G.O.D. essence ) we will organically respond to adversity with balance. We all know that often a group of people can share the same thoughts, ideas, or feelings. We know that before creating anything on this earth we first have to think of it. We understand that often humans can intune if something or someone is safe, dangerous, sketchy, so on so forth and some depend on their intuitions while others ignore it.

So if we know these things the question is why do we ignore the power of the mind and where do these thoughts come from? How come no one has ever thought to find out?

Ancient Indigenous cultures have been finding the answers to these questions and have many scholars, philosophers, spirit teachers, and so much more that were all deemed pagan in the western society. Once the world had been white washed all of our ancient studies, sciences, and traditions have been ignored until the late 70’s and our ancient sciences that founded the mere thought of science has been seen as inferior to modern science. Once upon a time Africans were in better control of their health mentally, spiritually, and physically. Once before we were taken we as a people knew the power of manifesting, trance state, and the power of affirmation.

So now that we lost our knowledge, where can we find the information? We as a people must look into nature and trust in ourselves and we will find all truths to any subject. Simply taking in nature, becoming one with the earth, and innerstanding the cycles of the creator and its creation. We must  learn how to control our thoughts through visualization by being still and focus on our thoughts from the way we think, how you want to think, imagine your change of thought, then put your thoughts into action. I remember when I fully didnt believe that I could control my destiny; but I was working on being more open to new ideas. So I began to think of my patterns of thinking that when it came to my successes in life such as my culinary career I truly believed in myself and had zero doubt in my abilities to succeed thus I reap a  plentiful harvest. Next I began to reflect on my pattern of thinking with my relationships how much doubt and mistrust i had in building a stable relationship thus manifesting an unstable relationship. Once I began my laundry list of thought and action patterns throughout my entire life I realized how I let my thoughts and emotions control my life. I Began to control my thoughts, emotions, eating patterns, and actions towards adversity i will tap into my G.O.D essence.

This is NOT the law of attraction. This is a how to live and respond to adversity not to magically rid adversity. This is not just simply speaking into existence without thought or action or else we are just simply praying or begging like our western societies. But instead we are Afrikans and we understand that you can not create without the polarity of male and female energies. Men sow the seed and the women put in the work to carry and nurture said seed for birth .  Speaking is the child, thought the father and action is the mother. Yet as we know that in western society, the female energy does not exist so in result you hope, pray, and only belief in an idea with zero action towards manifesting..

So in order to manifest positive creation you must combine your positive thinking with positive action and speaking your success of trial into existence in that order. You can not say before you do. Now that we covered your personal thought now here comes an even greater beast of communal thought.  Within the black community there is much confusion on how to invoke change. Often when speaking to the “conscious” community you run into well educated and knowledgeable scholars but still no action. I hear a lot of people quote, recite, or even try to mimic our ancestors. While others live to beg for acceptance in white society. These two reactions towards the adversity of white supremacy are the most prevalent cases in the black community. Our male and female energies are off balance we are immersed in knowing what the problem is but have a limited amount  of solution. If we as a community must destroy our old habits of waiting for the perfect leader to save us in order to rebuild.

We need to save ourselves first by apply the laws of OBARIMA in our lives and being to create discipline and affirming change and destruction of the old habits to our lives. Reclaiming our culture, our way of eating, speaking, doing , and believing in ourselves and each other. Of course adversity will arise once we begin to battle the thoughts and emotions of fear, anxiety, distrust, anger, and hate. But we must remember in order to become successful we must see, be, and speak of the said success into existent.
