Let’s continue on our way utilizing the power of Seker which is the need to understand the underlying structure to generatepower and success. First off let’s get into the metaphysics and associative properties of Seker’s functionality. Astronomically Seker is associated to the planet Saturn, the Lord of the Rings, which binds, constricts, disciplines, stabilizes, and structuresactivities within the universe. Astrologically Seker is associated with the zodiac sign Capricorn, the mountain goat, which takes place between December 22 – January 19 and rules the bones, joints, knees, and skin. If you’ve peeped Game you’ll see that the energy of Seker coincides with the Suns death and resurrection to rejuvenate its energy to continue to bring life and light to the universe.
As I communicated in chapter I, grasping the structure behind things is the primary function of the Power Seker to generate success. The way this function is carried out is relatable to the Suns death and re-birth during the period of December 22 – 25. The sun descends to its lowest point December 22nd and appears to sit still before making its ascent December 25th. When you have built a family, community, or business structure (system)and want to repeat success you quickly learn that the selfishness of your personal ego must die to the central theme of the systemso the family/business/community system can ascend to its highest point which naturally increases gifts given to the individuals. Many use this in reverse by using the system to solely benefit themselves and satisfy their own ego which eventually weakens the system into decay. These are the main reasons most businesses fail: lack of structure and egotism. The ego consecrating to a greater cause is the first step to establishorder and manage the interdependence between people. By taking care of the system, the system takes care of you; a Win-Win.
An example of this is sports, when a player is in the zone. The player has sacrificed their ego to become one with the central theme of the Game; this manifests greatness. Most notable is in bowling when a person has all strikes in the first 7 frames. By that time, the word has gotten around the ally that the bowler is in the zone so everybody stops doing what they were doing to witness and become one with the Game of bowling. A new person entering the ally will soon recognize they’ve entered a metaphorical funeral wake where everyone is quiet, holding their breath, and joining in to pay their respects to greatness. Afterwards the lane the bowler bowled on and the bowling alley is memorialized by the people who witnessed. The witnesses are inspired and seek to ascend to a higher level. This coincides with appearance of Seker on the walls of Kemet - the mummified, hawk headed god who structures the transit through theunderworld.
Now, how does the Power Seker get in and stay as close to the zone as possible? Here, I have to give a shout out to Chief Yuya’s segment on Innovative Thinking, click to tune listen. The Cheif goes in on hitting plateaus in life, the point where progress slows, regresses, and/or remains at a certain level. An example is lifting weights; the lifter quickly goes from lifting 200 to 290pounds but struggles to lift and plateaus at 300 pounds. Another example is a writer experiencing writer block. When reaching plateaus the best remedy is getting back to the basics and focusing on the fundamentals of the system; dying to the personal methodology to be resurrected. Urban Legend #Amen !!!
In regards to weight lifting it’s focusing on form and practicing good technique. In writing it’s re-reading about grammar, punctuation, and reacquainting with the parts of speech, etc. During the re-focusing period the weight must be reduced to 200pounds or the number or words written per day from 1000 to 500 but something valuable will be learned to spiral through the plateau. The gap between the current state and future state will be filled by innovating a new strategy. Now, the next time when under 300 pounds of steel, the improved form and technique will spiral said individual to a higher plateau: 400, 450, 500, 1000 -Who knows?
Just think, Facebook changed the social media landscape by taking pictures and comments posted on an individual’s page to the News Feed for the world to see instantly. This is what the Power Seker function is all about – Make it work, get back to the basics, and make it better; sacrificing the personal ego to resurrecting systems of Black Excellence while growing into better individuals.
